Sheet Pan Nachos

Get ready to make the viral sheet pan nachos everyone is obsessing over. This recipe uses a cottage cheese queso made with Good Culture cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and spices. Finish it all off with thick and creamy dollops of Good Culture sour cream that ties the entire dish together.

  1. Add cottage cheese, shredded cheese and spices into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth. You may need to add some water to help with blending. Add just as much as you need in order to help the queso blend. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.

Sheet Pan Nachos

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line one quarter sheet pan with parchment and clip with oven safe clips. On the other sheet pan, spread the tortilla chips and set aside.
  3. Prep all the cold toppings like pico, jalapeño, sour cream, guacamole, cilantro and hot sauce so they’re ready as soon as the queso cheese layer is done baking.
  4. On the parchment lined sheet pan, spread the queso evenly and top with black beans and shredded cheese. Place the pan into the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or just until bubbly.
  5. Once the queso cheese layer mixture is hot and melty, pull it out of the oven. Gently pour the hot cheesy mixture over the chips.
  6. Serve with the cold toppings and dig in!
