Chipotle Ranch Cottage Cheese Salad Dressing

This salad dressing is the perfect blend of smoky, spicy, and tangy. Dried herbs, fresh cilantro and smoky peppers add some intense flavor while Good Culture cottage cheese makes the dressing super creamy with a protein kick. Toss with your favorite greens, corn, cabbage and avocado for a refreshing salad!

Ingredients:

• ½ cup Good Culture cottage cheese
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• ¼ cup chopped cilantro
• 3 chipotle peppers from a can of chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
• Juice from 1 lime
• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika powder
• ½ teaspoon parsley powder
• ½ teaspoon dill powder
• ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth and combined. If needed add a touch of water a little bit at a time to get your desired consistency.
2. Toss the greens of your choice with the dressing and enjoy!
